By accessing or using Gyansutra AI at https://gyansutra.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Who Can Use the Platform

The Platform is available to students, graduates, and professionals who are 13 years of age or older. By using the Platform you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with others or use another person's account.
• You must notify us immediately at connect@gyansutra.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

If you sign in using LinkedIn or Google, your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information (including fake resumes or profiles)
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform without permission
• Upload malware, viruses, or any harmful code
• Impersonate another person or organisation
• Use automated bots to interact with Platform features (including the AI interview)

5. Platform Features

5.1 Jobs and Internships

Job listings on the Platform are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing. We are not a party to any employment agreement between you and any employer.

5.2 AI Mock Interviews

The AI interview feature is provided as a practice tool only. Feedback and scores are generated by AI and are not a guarantee of performance in real interviews. We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated feedback.

5.3 Resume Builder

You retain ownership of the content you enter into the resume builder. We store it to provide the service and do not use your resume content for any other purpose.

5.4 Blogs and Resources

Content posted by staff or contributors reflects their views and not necessarily those of Gyansutra AI. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on the Platform (excluding user-generated content) is the property of Gyansutra AI and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform content without our written permission.

You retain ownership of content you create and post on the Platform. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute your content within the Platform for the purpose of operating the service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gyansutra AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or missed employment opportunities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
